Cancellation Guidelines

• Advance Notice: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to qualify for a refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  
  

Refund Provisions

• Individual Assessment: Refunds for individual coaching sessions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Special Circumstances: Refunds may be granted in situations where exceptional, unforeseen and outside of your control circumstances prevent the completion of a coaching package.
  
  

No-Show Policy

• Missed Sessions: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Jurisdiction

The Cancellation & Refund policy is governed by the laws of the Government of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
